PURPOSES AND DATA WE PROCESS

For what purpose do we process your personal data?

We inform you that we will process the data you provide us with in order to manage your candidacy in the present or future recruitment processes of the entities of the QUIRONSALUD GROUP (Quirónsalud see entities and Quirónprevención see entities), becoming part of the database of candidates of these entities, and to manage the relationship we maintain with you as a candidate in our job offers.

Likewise, in the case of requests for information, complaints, suggestions, claims, exercise of data protection rights, etc., your data will be processed in order to manage and process the request, by any means, including telephone and/or electronic communications.

What personal data do we process and where do they come from?

The following categories of personal data may be processed in connection with your relationship with us:

Identifying data (including your image) and contact data
Personal characteristics
Academic and professional data
Employment details

The data processed originate from the data subject (candidate) or from a third party.

What is the legal basis for the processing of your data?

The legal basis that legitimizes the processing of your personal data for the purpose of managing your data for future job offers is the legitimate interest of the data controller. The legal basis that legitimizes the processing for registration in open selection processes is the execution of a contract or the adoption of pre-contractual measures.

The legal basis that legitimizes the processing of your data for the purpose of handling requests for information, complaints, suggestions, claims, exercise of data protection rights is the processing based on the legitimate interest of the controller and/or compliance with a legal obligation applicable to the controller.

DATA RETENTION PERIOD

How long will we keep your data?

The personal data you provide us alongside your resume or by any other means that has been generated as a result of participation in a selection process will be stored for a period of 18 months from your registration, enrolment in any offer or update your data.

The personal data provided for the purpose of managing any request for information, complaint, suggestion, claim, exercise of data protection rights, etc., will be kept for the time necessary to process the request, and in any case for the legally established time, as well as for the period necessary for the formulation, exercise, or defence of claims.

RECIPIENTS

To which recipients will your data be communicated?

In order to guarantee an adequate provision of the service, it is necessary for certain service providers to have access to your data as data processors. For this purpose, QUIRÓNSALUD has signed the corresponding data processing contracts with each of the suppliers that provide services to QUIRÓNSALUD with the aim of guaranteeing that these suppliers will process your data in accordance with the provisions of current legislation.

Your personal data will not be communicated to third parties unless legally obliged to do so or with the prior consent of the interested party.

RIGHTS

What are your rights when you provide us with your data and how can you exercise them?

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation, and portability by sending an e-mail to the following e-mail address: DPO@quironsalud.es.

Also, if you consider your right to personal data protection has been violated, you may file a complaint with the Data Protection Officer (DPO@quironsalud.es) or the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

UPDATING THE PRIVACY POLICY

This privacy policy may be modified/updated in order to reflect possible changes in the applicable legislation, jurisprudential criteria, industry practices, or due to changes in the way we manage your data. For this reason, we advise users to periodically visit our privacy policy.
